The 2026 West Coast 7s Season Is Here

Rugby sevens fans, mark your calendars. The 2026 West Coast 7s season is officially set, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring the fastest, most explosive game of rugby back to three of our favorite cities on the West Coast.

This year’s tour is bigger than ever, with three incredible stops spanning Los Angeles, Northern California, and San Diego.

Whether you’re a die-hard sevens fan or coming out for your first match, this season is shaping up to be one for the books.

Three Stops, Three Unforgettable Weekends

• Los Angeles - Dignity Health Sports Park We kick off the season in LA at Dignity Health Sports Park, getting things started with a high-energy season opener as teams battle it out on the pitch.

• Northern California- Stanford University Next, the tour heads north to the Bay Area, where Stanford University will host a weekend of top-tier rugby sevens action on one of the most storied campuses in college athletics.

• San Diego- SoCal Sports Park

  We’ll close out the season with a two-day showdown in San Diego at Oceanside Sports Park, giving fans and players alike a final, can’t-miss weekend to cap off the year.

Bigger and Better in 2026

Every year, our goal is to raise the bar and 2026 is no exception! We’re working hard behind the scenes to make this season even more competitive, exciting, and fan-friendly.

The Sport Is Growing and We’re Proud to Be Part of It

There’s never been a better time to be a rugby sevens fan on the West Coast. In 2028, the Olympic Games are coming to Los Angeles, putting rugby sevens on one of the biggest stages in sports right in our own backyard. That spotlight is already fueling a wave of new energy and investment in the game here in the U.S.

At the same time, the U.S. Men’s Eagles 7s are building real momentum on the world stage, climbing back through World Rugby’s competition tiers with returning to the top flight in 2027. It’s exactly the kind of growth story that makes this such an exciting moment to be involved in American rugby.

We’re proud to be part of that bigger picture, giving players and fans a place to develop, compete, and fall in love with this sport as it continues to climb toward its moment in the spotlight.
